Three spaces

One historic building, and three very different nights.

Book one, or take the whole building. The rooms connect, so a ceremony, a dinner and a dance floor can each sit in the space that suits them.

The first room

The Traditional Room

Historic charm, and a ceiling full of crystal.

White walls, crystal chandeliers, handcrafted trim, exposed beams and the original 1890s floors. It is our most sought after space, and it opens straight onto the courtyard, so a ceremony indoors and a dance floor under the lights are the same booking.

The second room

The Speakeasy

Tricorn Black walls, and the lights come down low.

Four connected rooms with a richly textured foyer, glossy black walls, exposed beams and the same 1890s hardwood. It holds the same square footage as the Traditional Room, laid out for something smaller and closer. It has hosted murder mysteries and intimate galas, and it books either on its own or as the indoor dance floor for a larger night.

The third room has no roof

The Courtyard

A wall of roses, and a sky full of string lights.

Fully turfed, draped end to end in warm lighting, and backed by one of the area's most striking murals. Jenny, our converted horse trailer bar, can be styled as a bar, a serving station or a welcome point for guests. She is a sought after feature, so weekends are worth reserving early.

The Bridal Suite

A get ready space with room for four guests and their hair stylists, off the Speakeasy.

Serving and prep

Chafing dishes, serving equipment, sternos, drink dispensers, an ice cooler and the kitchenette.

Light and sound

Remote color changing lights, a speaker, a microphone, backdrop stands and the overhead courtyard lighting.

These are starting rates. Holidays and busy stretches vary, and all inclusive planning and decoration can be added to any of them.

Open between bookings

A gift shop shares the building.

The same address holds a shop, so the doors open on days when nobody is getting married. Through the year the rooms also fill for public evenings that anyone can walk into: vendor markets, a pumpkin patch launch, Saturday mornings for local families, and a pre parade party when the Christmas parade comes through Smyrna.

Small businesses use the weekday hours too. Realtors, caterers, instructors and non profits book the rooms on a standing schedule rather than carrying a lease.

Good questions

The six things everybody asks.

If yours is not here, call and ask. Nothing about how this building works is a secret.

Can we bring alcohol?
Yes. You add our bartending service to the event and we pour it.
Can we have a food truck?
Yes. It parks next to the horse trailer rather than on the turf, so oil and grease do not get trapped in it.
How late can the music play?
Indoors we can run it as loud as you like at any hour. Music stops at 2am across the whole facility.
Can we put up a tent?
Yes, as long as the vendor carries an insurance policy covering any damage the tent could cause.
Can we move our date?
Once, with no penalty, up to 30 days before the event. A second change carries a $300 rescheduling fee.
Where does everyone park?
Four dedicated spaces handle loading, unloading, the guests of honor and anyone who needs accessible parking. Everyone else uses the lot with the crosswalks near Zamba, or Lowry Street itself.
